Star Export House: A Historic Milestone for Zed Aar Exports

This is a historic and very proud moment for us.

We are deeply honoured to share that our company, Zed Aar Exports, has been recognised as a Star Export House by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India, for our contribution to the export of Bhagalpur silks and textile made-ups.

A ceremony we will always remember

On this occasion, the award was presented by Mr. Dilip Jaiswal, Industry Minister of Bihar, during a grand ceremony at Taj City Centre, Patna, on 12 March 2026. The Mega Export Promotion Programme, with its focus on Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and recognition of leading exporters, brought together the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, DGFT, and partner institutions-celebrating India’s trade story and the enterprises that help carry it forward.

This belongs to Bhagalpur’s weavers

This achievement does not belong to Zed Aar Exports alone. It also belongs to the skilled and hardworking weavers of Bhagalpur, whose craftsmanship and generations-old tradition inspire everything we create. Every piece of fabric woven by their hands carries the story of our heritage, dedication, and pride.

We proudly reaffirm our commitment to take the legacy of Bhagalpur silks to the world, while continuing to strengthen and preserve the priceless heritage of our weavers.
